Ice maker hook-up kit without self-piercing saddle valve?

We just bought a new Whirlpool refrigerator and plug the icemaker it is expressly stated not to use self-piercing saddle valve. Everywhere I look (Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, etc.), the hook only for missions that I see are self-piercing valve. Does anyone know where to find a kit that is not self-piercing or how to move using self-piercing valve? Thank you!

I hate the self-piercing saddle valve. I suggest you splice into the supply water with a tee. Your refrigerator is probably in the kitchen to look under the sink to see the type and size of water pipe where water cold immersion of the bid is attached. Good plumbers sometimes leave an unused tee is just for manufacturers of ice. Probably not if you will install one. The cold water line may be 1 / 2 "PVC, and if so, the task will be easy. If you're clever and have made all the plumbing, you can do it yourself. Go to Home Depot or Lowes and tell them you want to put a T-shirt with a break at the end of the cold water pipe where the pipe Power connects to the cold water flow. They will sell you everything you need and show you how to connect. Of course, you have to cut the water supply before disconnecting lines.
