If you are considering adding messages on hold in the telephone system for your business, you've probably noticed that there are a variety sizes of equipment available to perform the task. And if you are already on the waiting messages, you may be wondering if the format you currently use is the best. After all, there are cassette formats, CD formats, the formats USB … Obviously the newer technology is better, right? I mean, which uses more tapes? Well, when there is a message waiting equipment, you may be surprised.
We will use an analogy, we will. Imagine your favorite band has a three-nights to play in your city (OK, some of you are in small rural towns where it never proceeds with the exception of the high school Marching Band, but we're imagining here). The first night the group arrived at the arena in a 1995 Mercedes. They come, they play an amazing spectacle and raise two points. The second night, they arrive in a 2000 Ford. Nothing fancy, but it is reliable and clean … and she arrives in time to play another excellent performance. The third night they arrive in a jet private brand new, and give another performance at the crowd without flaw that makes a standing ovation. For people in the audience, it does not depend on the tape have been allowed. All that matters is that they get together and sounded superb.

Just do not be mesmerized by the pretty lights went reflecting on your CD player for too long. You actually HAVE to put in the machine so that your messages will be downloaded.
