Where can I get custom made cookies in Seattle?

I work for a small theater company in Seattle (Book-It Theater) and we had the idea of selling cookies that were in a form that had to do with the current program. For example, the first show season is Even Cowgirls Get the Blues and we were hoping for a boot-shaped cookie. Does anyone know a local bakery that Seattle would take this type of contract for one season from September 16, 2008 – June 14, 2009.
