1. Speed: Speed is the ability of a person to perform the movements of the engine at high speed over short period of time. It is equal to the distance traveled per unit time. the element of speed involved in most of Athletic skills such as in sprinting, the few skills of soccer, basketball, etc.

2.Strength: Strength is the capacity of a muscle to the expert or release by the force of contraction allowing a person to overcome resistance or to act against resistance.

3. Power: Power is the ability of muscle to release the maximum force in the shortest time. It is equal to strength multiplied by speed. It is the combination of strength and speed. The speed and strength must be combined for effective performance in activities such as baseball throw, high jump, soccer kick, punch, boxing, etc.

4. Endurance: Endurance is the ability of the person to perform the movement of moderate (Sub-maximum) contractions longer period of time under conditions of fatigue or tiredness. It is the product of all the psychic energy and physical body.

5. Flexibility: Flexibility is the ability of a muscle to execute movements with a wide range of motion.

6. Agility: Agility is the ability of a person to change position in space or change direction quickly and efficiently, for example, football player quickly changes direction or give the opponent Dodge barrier across the barrier or barriers, run zig-zag, etc.

7. Balance: Balance is the ability of a person to control the human body or to maintain equilibrium in static conditions and dynamic, for example stand hand, skating, skiing, catching a fly in baseball, etc.
