im making a battery of vinegar. the battery would be just as effective copper coated steel?

if the vinegar … concept of the battery (same as lemon battery) and it says to use copper and zinc. I steel coated with copper. Is it as effective? using 3 metals instead of 2? or that throw everything off and ruin the battery capacity to power something?

While vinegar can not eat through the copper and make contact with steel, it should react exactly the same side of the speed of the electron flow through steel and the potential of magnetic properties of steel. Copper can not carry load, the liquid does. Make one with pure copper and the other with the coated steel to demonstrate differences due to the magnetic potential to prove it. It seems to you to further experimentation and you might learn something inadvertently in the process too.
